Tuesday, December 28, 2021 - Under screwcap. Ready to go. Slightly overripe apple, white peach and pineapple meet slate, white flowers and kerosene. Probably lacks a touch of acidity and zing for me, but I’m being picky. It’s a very tasty Kabinett.
