Friday, December 31, 2021 - Wish I had purchased a case. Lovely wine.
Served with a stuffed pork roast and the pairing was perfection.
Popped and poured and it seemed to improve with time in the glass.
Nose was interesting and leaned towards old world. Some green notes that really add interest and indicate S. Africa to me.
Palate was restrained and definitely S. African with the green elements, touches of bell pepper but nice fruit and complexity. Really quite enjoyable.
Would buy again.
