Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Pale gold. The nose hits the buttery spot! Also brioche, pear, quince, vanilla, starfruit, and toast on the nose -- nice and complex. Moving to the palate -- richness! Very creamy, not too high acid, but with tang on the finish as well as some minerality emerging. Nice and smooth and full-bodied.

Served it after dinner on Christmas and everyone was impressed. Worth buying for a special occasion.
