Friday, December 24, 2021 - Event - Celebration - CHRISTmas - 2021 (Wine Vault & Bistro, San Diego, CA); 12/24/2021-12/25/2021: Wow! Very good alone and with pairings - see tasting stories for pairings - went well with all course pairings.

Bouquet faint intensity, raisin, leather, clove.

Taste high intensity, full bodied, black currant, raisin, bacon, leather, cinnamon, vanilla; smooth moderate finish.

49% Malbec, 27% Petit Verdot, 24% Cab Sauvignon.

$47/ bottle - over priced - did not buy. Would buy at $30 to $35.
