Missus T Likes this wine:

Monday, January 3, 2022 - Cork too dry to open easily and I had to strain out broken bits. Was on its side for 16 years; cork did its job despite falling apart on corkscrew
Extraordinary bouquet of hibiscus, rose, and ripe dark berries.
Twenty years on, this was great, despite minimal aeration.
Utterly smooth and supple: berry flavors, chocolate.
Astounding that it lived this long.
Paired poorly with kielbasa; this would be fabulous with a bleu cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms, or else game with rich sauce.
