Thursday, January 6, 2022 - 59% syrah, 27% grenache, 14% mataro. Opened 1 day prior to serving. PNP into Riedel tasting glass (“Flower” day): medium ruby with purplish hues.

Rich purplish cherry fruits, organic and ripe and elegant fruit style. Floral notes.

Really enjoyable and complex style.
