Thursday, January 6, 2022 - Five or six hour slow ox. Very deep dark magenta color. Fresh black cherry, graham cracker, pistachio, and coffee grounds on the nose. Very smooth, tongue drying palate. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish.

This is too young to really judge, but the nuts and bolts of a great wine are there. The score is based on potential and will likely be even better with time and air.
