Monday, January 24, 2022 - 11th bottle from a case bought en primeur. Sweet cherry nose with darker fruits on the palate and later liquorice and leather. The tannins are very fine and the balance is excellent. After a couple of bottles 5 or 6 years ago I thought I’d made a mistake with this wine but now it’s fully mature it’s lovely. At the start of a slow decline.
