Thursday, January 27, 2022 - my first 19 SV goodfellow chard and wow this is phenomenal. It takes 2.5 hours of air to get there but once this comes around, wow! asian pear, salted lemons, flint/crushed rocks, crushed nuts, white florals, honey comb, cream, and a touch of shiso. mod- to light+ body but with great cut and persistence on the palate that follows the nose. love it
