Friday, February 4, 2022 - - Nose: nice and direct with lots of citrus, some yeast but all elegant and fine. classic one. With more time in the glass also a very slight red fruity touch, which is very subtle (despite the use of 50% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier).
- Palate: medium body and with good acidity (medium +), nice finish (medium ~+) . Really well made and for a simple evening. But too little complex to gain more points.
