Monday, February 14, 2022 - Nose and first tases provide a mix of blue, black and red fruit with ripe cherries taking the lead. That is followed by a perfectly balanced oak flavor with moderate tannins and moderate alcohol. A solid Cabernet Sauvignon.
Served with an Italian Charcuterie board for appitizers with a main course of grilled veal chops with Rosemary butter, saffron risotto and broccoli.
Perfectly met my very high expectations for this wine.

This is a favorite steak wine, with its life, girth and heaviness.
Enjoy.
