Thursday, February 10, 2022 - Splash decant. Deep ruby color with strong caramel notes on the nose. Medium-to-medium-light body with medium-low tannins and medium-plus acid. Very bright red-black fruits with a dark sweet and almost syrupy core that got better with air. Perfectly enjoyable with some mid-week pasta, but not especially memorable.
