Saturday, August 15, 2020 - Godme rose. 35% chard, 65% pinot.
Lot ro T14. Disgorged 1/19
Initially exuberant bubbles, then a delicate bead, within a brilliantly coppery gold color.

Nose slight wax, very bright strawberry and cherry notes.

Palate wonderfully bright, tart red cherries with a light brioche richness. Goes very well with rich Japanese potato salad and cured mackerel.

Still young I think, could use another year or two to gain more depth; has the acidity that needs to get more into balance. But a lovely drink now
