Saturday, February 19, 2022 - Medium intense nose of plums, potting soil, cinnamon, cloves, earth, savory herbs.

On the palate red cherry, sour plum, cloves.

Medium alcohol, medium body , medium+ acidity. Smooth tannins. Great balance and brightness. Tasty when a bit chilled but holds up as the wine warms. Good of food wine. Delicious!
