Sunday, February 20, 2022 - Serve blind to me. I put this on Chardonnay, so I got that right. Past that, couldn't guess any further. The wood it was put through adds some fragrance to the aroma, mainly a toasted wood signature. Elegant, gentle and balanced with apple, green tropical and a brushing of mineral to the finish. I enjoyed this, a nice balance between elegance and varietal character.
