Thursday, March 10, 2022 - 2nd bottle of 2000 Cos in as many months. Explosive cedar for the first hour made way to more balance - blend of primary and tertiary red fruits with oolong tea, white pepper and classic Cos Asian spice. Less evolved than the last bottle - leaner, edging on maturity. Decades of life left.
