Saturday, March 12, 2022 - Carmelized dark honey color with notes of pear, butterscotch and vanilla on the nose and palette. Paired wonderfully with fresh maine seared scallops with a citrus sauce from deglazing the pan with fresh squeezed orange and white wine.
