Sunday, March 13, 2022 - This is still great paired with soft cheeses, but it is thicker bodied than in 2016. The peach comes first, then there is a lot of very ripe pineapple, it ends with the subtle green pepper that is on the nose. It goes surprisingly well with truffle Marcona almonds.
