Wednesday, March 16, 2022 - Delicate spices, subtle sandalwood, small forest berries, ferns, pine, etc...lots of subtlety and complexity; silky elegant palate, slightly elevated acidity but not too much; lovely wine, so interesting to see the polar opposite in the '03. Zachy's Burg Wine Dinner at AOC.
