Sunday, March 20, 2022 - Brick red, ever so slightly hazy, medium legs, nice aged GSM aromas of red berries, funky earth, roast meat, maybe a hint of licorice, and herbs, almost effervescent on the tongue, finely grained tannins. Lighter bodied than my usual experience with CdP, but plenty of acidic brightness and fruit - a perfect match with lamb chops on a cool spring evening.
