Sunday, March 27, 2022 - Cork was saturated but extracted intact. Wine was brown, think a porter or dark brown ale with similar viscosity. Nose was of honey. The wine tasted of very sweet honey with a creamy mouthfeel. Just a hint of acidity. This would have paired beautifully with a sour cherry tart.
