Sunday, March 27, 2022 - Day 1: Sweet cherry, balsamic vinegar, dried herbs/menthol and hazelnuts. Med+ body and an impressively lengthy finish. Really well rounded and the tannins are just starting to integrate. Delicious now but if I had more bottles, I bet it would be amazing in another few years. We’ll see how it develops over some days…
