Wednesday, March 30, 2022 - Drinking beautifully now, needed all of the 4 hr decant. No sediment. Opened alongside 2016 Pio Barolo just for kicks. The 2016 was more approachable early, but with air, was soon and clearly surpassed in complexity and balance by this 2004. Mediterranean themed lamb shank dinner perfect pairing.
