Friday, April 8, 2022 - Got this for 15 Euros 50 a good price! Has lifted aromas of raspberries, coffee plums, sandstone, cassis and mint. Its medium bodied linear yet fullish nicely oaked blue, black and red fruits has got nice depth, lovely freshness and ends longish with some dry food friendly tannin. 13.5%. Lay down for 5-10 years+. Needs 3-4 hrs aeration.

4/9/2022 12:36:00 AM - I am with you completely on this! I agree its a wine to lay down and enjoy in 5-10 years. What will you do vinously for the April holidays?

4/9/2022 2:14:00 AM - I will visit the UK and Sharpham vineyard in Devon and try their Pinot Noir and the Nyetimber Brut which is the premier fizz from the UK. I have never tried both before! Which wines will you try?

4/9/2022 2:39:00 AM - Sphera is whites only winery. Its flagship is Signature, usually Bordeaux blend. It has also the range of varietal - best is Riesling.
Clos de Gat is remarkable winery. The flagship is Sycra, has two labels, one made from Merlot and second Syrah. Also good Bordeaux blend Ayalon and value Har'El of three labels (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah). The its white Chardonnay is close to oaky Californian style. Chanson (White and red) is for earlier drinking.
