Possibly a bit too cold yet but nose of preserved lemon, candied sugar. Palate is lemony and and limey with crushed limestone and underripe mango. It’s nice but maybe not quite life-changing. Really strong acidity and a long round finish. Probably would have benefited from some rich fatty food.
