Monday, May 2, 2022 - Opened for salmon on a week night. Nice red cherry fruit with medium tannins and enough sous bois notes going on the mid palate to identify as Burgundy as opposed to new world. Medium finish. Still has a lot of life left. If a sommelier suggested this I would be happy.
