Tuesday, May 3, 2022 - Medium ruby w/garnet edges. Nose is of medium intensity with leather, mushroom soil, red cherry, vanilla, dried oregano, dried cherry, toast. On the palate the wine is dry with medium plus acidity, medium plus fine tannins, medium plus body, high alcohol and medium plus flavor intensity with flavors of leather, mushroom soil, red cherry, dried oregano, dried cherry, toast. Finish lingers w/red cherry, vanilla, dried herbs. Drinking wonderfully now although could still go some more years.
