Saturday, January 1, 2022 - Fun stuff, one of the better bottles of this I've tasted. Honey, biscuits and whipped butter with salt on the nose. Creamy texture, brisk acidity and tangy bubbles with yellow apples and lemon curd. Notes of sea salt and honey. The wife loved it, as I had hoped. Disgorged July 2019.
