Monday, May 23, 2022 - It is getting better compared to the bottles I had before over the past year and a half. Nose is developing a lovely fruity notes, mixed with citrus and chalk; nose is so complex and Dom Perignon shaped that I still would had loved a more dry and acid finish instead of the sweet soft and round one. This is still developing and taking it shape, in my opinion it has still 3-4 years, if preserved properly.
