Saturday, June 11, 2022 - Another nice bottle of Clouet Un Jour de 1911. I think these need a bit of time after disgorgement to really shine. This bottle seemed to have more of the old solera showing through than the base year 2008. Lots of white flowers, hazelnut, apple, and ginger. It was loved by all, and the bottle was empty in no time.
