Friday, July 8, 2022 - Colour: bright gold, bright, clear.
Nose: full, fresh, ripe, good varietal notes, becomes quite opulent
Taste: light body, rounded, peaches, citrus, good acidity, long finish, v dry yet rounded, peaches, stone fruits;
Overall, needs time in the glass to open up but rewards you. Compared to Domaine Richou (Terra Vita Vinum)'s 2019 Pavillon, their top single vineyard wine. Very different styles as this has no oak it seems and has a varietal precision. A great discovery.
