Wednesday, July 13, 2022 - At its prime -- balanced, with velvety and juicy but not overpowering tannins, a backbone of acidity/sweetness and quite a bit of fruit. Complemented very well an Italian dinner of pasta (as a primo) and slow-cooked, braised meat (as a secondo).
