Thursday, July 14, 2022 - This was disgorged Jan/2022. Pretty intense aromatics, with notes of citrus, some red berries, too, orange zest, minerality, also some spices, there is also a touch of brownish apple, some autolytic notes of bread/toast, too. It‘s medium-full bodied, has pretty high acidity cutting through the richness and some lower-medium mousse adding to the vinous overall impression. Perfectly measured dosage. Good length, too. A very nice Brut from the very good producer with a very good QPR.
