Tuesday, July 26, 2022 - Very fresh, rich and round fruit, lots of honey notes, my first impression is that it could have used a bit more acidity to balance it out -- but as it warmed in the glass and opened up, it really started to come together nicely and was showing at its best by the last glass. Drank side-by-side with 89' Ramonet Morgeot, which I slightly preferred -- the Leflaive was a richer and arguably a more intellectual wine, but the Morgeot showed more energy thanks to lively acidity and was a wine I'd be happy to drink every day.
