Tuesday, July 26, 2022 - Nose is a little sweet smelling in a good way; strong ripe peach notes, slight petrol notes and sweet and sour jolly ranchers. Almost riesling-like. Palate is full and rich but not over the top. Notes of bitter greens, chamomile, green mango, nice long acidic finish. Very balanced, paired great with the little gem salad.
