Saturday, August 13, 2022 - This is drinking beautifully. Dark fruit, blueberries and blackberries with cedar, herbs and garrigue. It’s velvety and rich on the palate. Acidity is high and the tannins after 12 years are still quite grippy. Beautiful complexity, concentration and length. It’s drinking well now but still could go at least 5-10 more years easily.
