Wednesday, April 1, 2009 - Classy fume blanc, barrel-aged for richness. Aromas of creamy citrus and melon with some tarragon and herbal notes. Fresh citrus and orchard fruits are in nice balance with the oaks, which is subtle and lends depth and complexity to the wine. Great with smoked fish.
