Sunday, December 31, 2023 - This bottle of 2009 Joseph Drouhin Amoureuses is more evolved than the last few bottles I’ve had from the same case. Showing tertiary aromas of savoury cherry, game, and leather. Ageing faster than expected, yet it feels resolved and majestic, not “dodgy” ageing. Perhaps just another 2009 that is ageing faster than expected, will try another bottle soon. (90/100)
