As always, it is a minor miracle when white burgs from those years are not pre-moxed (esp Colin-Delegers!). This was a stunning PC Chassagne, that easily could compete w/ the best Leflaive has to offer. I kid you not! Gorgeous beam of honeyed yellow fruits, wild flowers, almonds, and just the right amount of toasty oak. More buttery than most, and maybe a tad shy on acid (probably due to the scorching weather in 03) but this is not at all flabby and is drinking at GC level. I have had a number of 03's from C-D, including Chassagnes and Pulignys, and of those that hadn't gone off, this is by far the most memorable. Doubt anyone will find this on the market, but it is a showstopper at the moment. Drink 'em if you got 'em.
