Wednesday, December 26, 2012 - Not a lot of aroma. Very full wine with well-balanced flavors. Tastes sweet and juicy with eggs, tastes of chalky tannins with fruit, tastes slightly acidic with dark chocolate. It's a good table wine that pairs well with a variety of foods. Dark plum color, fast legs, quick finish. It feels like the folks at Goose Ridge got all they could out of reasonable quality grapes.
