Thursday, July 5, 2012 - ROO's BBQ at Chez Carmichel's
I last had a bottle of this over a year ago. It has improved slightly.
Some petulance on the pour, medium bodied
Vanilla, lemony, light oak off the nose
Some oak, very smooth, medium plus finish- a little spritz
Went well with the rib's. A nice summer wine. Easy drinking.
