Sunday, March 11, 2012 - Light yellow; nose ananas, peach, fresh like dewy meadow; taste pear, peach, lime, lemon, mineral. Medium acidity and crisp, a bit mouth-drying and very good as aperitif, also with fish dishes and shrimps. Got to have more good Grüner Veltiner wines...
