Saturday, August 22, 2015 - Last bottle of the case, last tasted nearly 3 years ago. Surprisingly this bottle seems to have added some complexity since last tasted. The grapefruit has given away to mitre herbacous grassy flavors and there is some interesting mineral notes of stone and slate on the finish, not unlike a fine graves. Nice showing and a nice accompliment to fish or shellfish.
