Wednesday, May 18, 2011 - Pale straw coloured. Lovely delicate mineral filled nose. Bright and clean with the lightest touch of caramel. Unlike the Los Alamos this is made in much more of a restrained style, it is clean and citrus fresh with a subtle creaminess and a slightly bitter mocha and butterscotch flavour on the finish.
