Tasted non blind at a retail tasting.

Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of smoke, chocolate, florals, white pepper and Kirsch. Flavors of rich black berries, black cherries, plums and a bit of currants. Medium to bright acidity, medium to firm tannins, full bodied. Drink now through the next 7 years plus or minus.
