Wednesday, September 11, 2019 - A very lightly extracted wine characterised by darker fruits (black cherry, plum) and a bit of licorice. Not a ton of acid, but a very gentle mouthfeel with all tannins resolved. Very pleasant at this stage, and probably won’t improve much further.
