Wednesday, May 3, 2017 - Nose seemed faint and oxidised, with notes of lemon, pineapple, and blue cheese (gorgonzola piccante). There is no oxidation evident on the palate, which has a fantastically powerful lemon cordial flavour, with notes of thyme, blue cheese, and jasmine. Outrageously powerful sweetness, perfectly balanced by equally-powerful acidity.
