Wednesday, September 17, 2014 - Rockstar Champagne... like, all of them (E&R Wine Shop, Portland OR): Soft and tart aromas. Quite smooth, but a slightly odd note of cat litter. Some slightly oxidized notes on the creamy, smooth palate. Like the texture, but don't like the oxidation. Puckering minerality on thee finish, which is tart and again showing some oxidized apples.
