Saturday, October 11, 2014 - Color: medium deep ruby core -> medium ruby rim. Forward, voluptuous nose of cherries, blackberries, vanilla and a touch of forest floor. Good texture; juicy, with a boatload of luscious red fruit. Fat midpalate and a punchy, long finish make this quite enjoyable. Holding nicely, but could provide a little more complexity for my taste. Certainly at peak now and for quite a while into the future.
