Tuesday, February 5, 2013 - Tasted over 2 days - consistent throughout. Fragrant and enjoyable nose of dark fruit and spice. On the palate, dark and brooding, with loads of blueberry, savory meat, herbs, and spice. Some oak still noticeable. Seems to have fleshed out since the last bottle I tried in August 2011, becoming more full-bodied. Verging on becoming too heavy, with a viscous and thick mouthfeel. Still enjoyed it, but perhaps not as much as the previous bottles.
